I have had to step away from 40K for a few years. Since then a new codex has come out, and I'm just getting my hands on it. Here is my older list. I was hoping to get a little imput on what I should to do tweak my list.

Oh boy, it must have been quite some time since then. I myself started with the 5th edition codex and there seem to be quite a lot of changes since your time (changes in cost, equipment options, the names of some stuff and so on). I try to give a little overview (not really good one though):
- Stern is at 200p
- The Grey Knight Strike Squad is at 100p (4 guys + a justicar, all in power armour) with various options
- Terminators are troops at 200p a squad (4 guys + a justicar)
- There are no targeters
- The only figure that has a psychic hood is the librarian

Probably it's really best, if you just get the codex and see for yourself...

As stated above most of this has changed and if this is converted into a 6th edition list, it wouldn't work well. Best thing to do is pick of the codex and start reading.

Also I don't know how much of 6th edition you know.

Point costs are a lot more even too. But, reading the new codex is most definitely the place to start. The Dreadknight is a major piece in most armies now. Not to mention the option of psybolts on dreadnoughts makes auto-cannon dreads the most commonly used version. I believe we also lost stealth on all of the Grey Knights.

If you took that translated into the new codex it would cost around 1200-1300 points.
Compared to the old one you get almost twice as big army for the same points.
