I'm semi-GMing a sandbox style RPG where one of the main characters is an Imperial noble and I have this really messy text document representing his bank account. What I'd like to do is replace that with an app or program that automatically withdraws and deposits routine transactions (e.g. Will withdraw the cost of his worker's wages and the cost of running his estate once a day, and will also deposit his earnings for the day) while still allowing me to insert one-off transactions in case he wants to buy a ship or something. It seems like a much easier way to represent this aspect of the role play than what I have now.

Does anyone know of a program that will do this for me? Bonus points if the account can be shared across multiple computers so both myself and the player controlling the noble can view the account on a whim.

Probably work

Excel + dropbox sounds like the easiest way to do this.
