Hello, I haven't refined this list yet but just wanted to see what you all thought

I was thinking of having:

Captain with JP, PW, and combi weapon, not sure which type yet
1-3 sanguinary priests JP PW

Maybe a fuirioso dreadnought

Assault marines in 10 men squad, meltagun x2 PF and combat shield. More than one of these squads
Squad or 2 of tactical marines for long range fire
Death company x10 with JP
DC dreadnought if I can fit it in with blood talons

Any help or what I should add/remove would be appreciated.

Btw I play against guard a lot, so might need some more dreadnoughts and tanks to combat heavy fire power but that might be getting into large games

Definitely change the captain to a libby - captains are utterly over costed.
How are you're dreds being delivered? Id suggest storm raven if equipped with blood talons but a drop pod works just as well for anything without. Footslogging dreds do not fit with BA.
If taking tac marines for fire power make sure you take rhinos or razors so your army isnt scattered around the board unable to support each other.
I LOVE a 10man death co with jps but they are horrendously expensive for what they do especially if they dont have a chaplain with them. I wouldnt take 10 in a competitve game.

BA captians are garbage sadly in the BA codex, your better off with a libby or a rescularch.

For the assault squads PF and combat sheild in 6th is a huge investment for a model that can be killed in a challange. Run it with a axe if you want the ap2 but keep it cheap.

Deathcompany with JP's super costly, fun but too costly.

Given what you have I would suggest the following, close to what you want but would perform better.

Librarian - JP
1 - sanguinary preist - JP
Furioso - droppod

2 x assault squads with melta x2 and pw
10 - deathcompany droppod, bolters, pf and pw

Devastator - 4xML (or w/e you want)

Agree with the above ^. You can mass pfs better than anyone else as BA, especially ones that cant be challenged out, read - death co, sang guard, hon guard. But if taken on an assault sergeant either make sure you're making it a small anti tank unit that wont face challenges (5 man, power fist and melta gun or power fist and 2 melta guns if combat squaded) OR run a lib with force axe and priest with power axe or pf so only 1 of the 3 can be challenged out. I dont like combat shields personally.
