I got this burning itch(no not that kind) to revive my BA's today. This list is 1845 points and I am curious as to how it would work in the current meta. I think it can bring some pain but might match poorly against a few lists.

Let me know what you think and what you might change or do differently.

First thought, holy crapola thats a lot of template's. Second, lacking serious anti-armor.

So here is the idea, DC and Reclusiarch go into a Stormraven and the DC dread goes into the other. No explaining on tactics there, they will try to assault as soon as possible.

Furioso frag's drop first, assault squads come in as my dice please. The Baal will outflank if I go 2nd and scout ahead if I go first. I don't have much anti-armor aside from the razorbacks and the Stormravens. This presents problems for me especially if I face serpent spam. However, the furioso's do have a blood a fist so that is an option to use.

Only 4 scoring troops though all at 5 man each. That can present problems if people just focus on them.

Stormravens will take a tank out each when they arrive if you give them melta and assault cannon, so its only really early anti armour you're lacking. Personally id try get another pod in there so 3 arrive turn 1. Another furioso with grapple, frag cannon and melta gun in a pod comes in at 175 and the frag is actually reasonable against armour, especially if you get side or rear. You already have so much anti troops that i would drop the baal to try afford it if you can find that extra 30pts from somewhere.
Very nice list though.

Interesting idea swapping the baal out for a 3rd Fragioso. I might fiddle with the points and see how it looks. Thanks!
