With the new space marine Centurions, their Decimator Protocols rule says they can fire 2 weapons in EACH shooting phase. Does this include the enemy shooting phase? If so, how do you know when to shoot exactly? Can you cut the enemy off at any time, as in, "okay, after this unit of yours is done firing, I will shoot with my centurions"?

Without the details needed to answer your last 2 questions I'll assume that it only means each of their shooting phases.

It is worded the same as Monstrous Creatures, and Tau Battlesuits. Unless you have explicit permission to shoot out of your normal sequence, then your answer is no.

Thank you. I had assumed that it only meant friendly shooting phases, but an overwhelming number of players at the FLGS had interpreted it as allowing them to shoot on the enemy phase too, so i'm very glad that it has been clarified. I had forgot about the wording on MC's being the same.

Yeah, not being able to overwatch with them essentially limits their damage to only being our own shooting phase.
