All Sniper weapons have the "Sniper" special rule. Your question should be answered there.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
Orks always ride in single file to hide their strength and numbers.

Do you own a rule book?
I mean, you have 40 odd posts, half of which are threads that are single question, often related to a very basic working of the rules.
If you don't own one, go get one. If you do own one, go read it. Almost every single question you've asked so far is explained in the rule book.
For all your fluff threads, again, the rule book will have all that info so you can have a better understanding of the universe.
In short, go get the rule book and read it. Read again if you don't understand something.

Based on the collective 5-6 threads he's made, he's making a pretty half-assed attempt at trolling.

Well, its because he's not trolling. Nor have I accused him of doing so.
He just seems to not understand how forums work or how the game works.
Trolling is what that marinekilla1 guy was doing.

No worries.
There's another one too where he says his Guard and Daemons are allies, and then asks a question on where to find the movement stat. It's a troll.
