I've searched the last 20 pages or so and found answers to most o my psychic powers questions.

I have one more that I cant' find an answer to yet. At the top of the Eldar Runes of Battle it mentions that Eldar psykers generate one more power than usual. Does this mean my lvl 2 Spiritseer generates 3 powers? My farseer can generate 4 powers from the Runes of Batlle or 2 from Runes of battle, one from runes of fate and one from Divination?

They mean that each Runes of Battle power is in fact 2 powers. So if you roll a 3 on the Runes of Battle discipline, you get both the Enhance and Drain powers.

okay, gotcha. Thanks for the clarification. That makes much more sense.

Just thought I would point out that the Farseer cannot generate powers from the Runes of Battle powers table.
