First and most obvious change I would make; swap the multi-meltas on the Tactical Squads for meltaguns. You want the Tacticals alpha-striking when they come down, or at least hitting before they themselves are hit; this is why you take Drop Pods. Even with the re-roll from Vulkan, having to snap fire the multi-meltas when you come down is completely sub-optimal. The Drop Pods don't scatter so much, and with the 6" disembark, even meltaguns should be in melta range of what you need destroyed.
Personally, I think you shouldn't worry about the combi-flamers on the Sternguard. The extra bodies are good, and the bolters themselves are more than enough for anti-infantry. Besides, they can't split-fire, which given the high cost per model for combi-weapons, really wastes half the units' shooting in that alpha strike. Either take the combi-flamers or the combi-meltas, and only five of each in each squad, otherwise you are just wasting 150 odd points that could get you some extra stuff elsewhere.
Also, the points costs for your Tactical Squads are wrong. They don't get free Drop Pods like the Assault Squads do, and so they should be 115 each, not 80. As well, a combi-melta is always helpful on the Sergeant.
