They say 'large flying base' on the site. I'd like to use them for Wood Elves. Does anyone know if the size is appropriate? Specifically these and maybe this big guy.

They come with 50mm round clear bases only. Warhammer eagles are all on 40mm squares. They will be big, they won't rank up, but they look great. I use them for my High Elves.

Awesome, thanks. Any advice for positioning them on a 40mm? I figure they just need to be set back a little?

If you use the rods that come with them(which are sockets, so easy to remove for storage) they will sit high enough off the base that they will rank front with most enemies just fine.
