Hey I remember reading something about this but I can't seem to remember where or find it...
A skyray has 2 markerlights and it can use them for the seekers like under the Markerlight description but could it just use them to boost its BA to 6 and fire all of them at once instead of 1 ML for 1 seeker?

In the previous edition of the Tau Codex, you had to use a marker light for each Seeker you wanted to fire.
This is no longer the case, you can fire them just like Hunter-killer missiles, or choose to use a marker token in order to get the benefits listed in the markerlight rules.
The Skyray's markers are Networked, so it can gain the benefit from them, just remember it isn't a Fast vehicle.

That's exactly how it works. You boost BS to 5 then fire all of the seekers at once. The only reason not to do it is if you need the no-cover bonus of shooting with markerlight tokens.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.

They are fired as normal heavy 1 one use only without the markerlight. Remember that if you fire them this way they do not ignore cover and do require line of sight.
However in the interceptor phase the vehicle has not moved so it fires stationary. Unless you really want to remove a 5+ junk on fliers there's no reason to shoot them that way instead of using them as a normal gun.
