Drop turn 1, pop that sweet tactical doctrine, drop that orbital bombardment, melta things, plasma things bombard with tfcs and the predator, flame remaining troops. Turn 2, continue flaming, and assault as available.

You have some good bones but are doing some things that are not point efficient.

Combi weapons are too expensive on the sternguard now, their special ammo is amazing use it and save points. if you insist on taking combi's, 2-3 melta is enough because you will let them reroll one the turn they drop, and then I would take 2-4 grav because again you will reroll 1's the turn you drop and you only need them to deal with 2+ armor.

with the point savings, throw the Chapter master on a bike, and drop the teeth of tarra for a thunder hammer (this makes your bike squad scoring. The other tactical squad should have a pod., because you will want the tactical squads and sternguard coming in turn 1 to pop your power and alpha strike. how ever you have to do it get to 7 pods and pretty much plan on combat squading the sternguard and tactical in all non KP missions on landing

You also currently have no AA. Dropping the Predator gets you enough points for a Stalker which will help, and I'd drop an assault squad to include an stormtalon with skyhammer.

I mostly likely will be seeing either IG or Eldar with this, if that helps at all.
Yeah, I'm feeling the CM on a bike, I can drop the AI then, and add AA instead.
I also can finish out that 9 man sternguard squad.
I feel the combis are too powerful to not include, and are a must, I don't max them out however for some points savings.

The assault marines are there mostly for the free pods, and the anti-air.
I quite frankly don't own the pods to go to 7, so I am stuck at 5. I was going to use the non-podded tac as a backfield objective holder in the 3+ cover the TFC's provide.

Predator for a stalker isn't a bad idea either... I'll go for it.
