If you want to run a melee list, why are you running CSMs instead of Zerkers? They aren't that much more expensive and my guess is that they might be better for the job tbh.
How do you intend to play your Cultists? If they are more of objective holders and you play them so they wont be to exposed to close combat, you may want to swap the flamers for Heavy stubbers for more range synergy with the rest of the squad.

Another thing is that you may struggle a bit if your enemy bring anything heavy, three unmarked bikers might be a bit to squishy.

Just some thoughts, it all depends on how you choose to play the list i guess.

Aside from change the flamers to stubbers I personally think its a decent list. I would probably hold the cultists in reserve to limit the amount of fire they take and maybe split them into 2 squads of ten to grab another objective. Either way you risk them running off the board though

Is fabius going in with the cultists?

I like this list, Fabius is Decent enough and running them with Regular Marines works pretty well, I disagree with the Zerkers I think they just plain suck and a waste of points Compared to regular sqaud of CC Marines. Also the zerkers wouldnt synergize with Fabius, as im assuming thats why hes taking regular marines, Id drop the power fist on the bikes and take nurgle and drop the autoguns and maybe take lascannons on the havocs, its probably my favourite option personally. Good Luck and Happy Wargaming!

Personally I like 4 mossle launchers with Havocs and drop MoS on your shooter marines and give them nurgle. Maybe even give MoK to your ccw marines since there in a rhino already. Keep dirgecaster

I quite like the backbone of the list and i'm assuming you want a slaanesh list. kudos for that for a start.

my suggestion would be to drop the bikers and cultists, as for me 2 troops choices are enough at 1k.

Use those points to grab a good sized unit of raptors with MoS. that would be a good amount of attacks going first more often than not.

All anyone wants in the world is to be accepted. Except me, i don't give a S%@t.

It looks like taking the slaanesh on his cc marines hes going for Boons? I dunno but it could work very well. I also like the FA and HS options as you never know what Game youll play and having even one can aid you very well.

I like the fluff of Bile and the Enchanced Warrior rule on one squad, putting MoS seems like a good idea for S5 I5 marines, also I like the idea of Fabius leading a Flawless Host Warband (i love the colour scheme)

I was going to run Fabius in the smaller marine squad so both the squads are fearless and CCW on both for a bit of utility/duality.

Not really bothered about the cultists, but wanted to have a 3rd scoring unit, MoN is a nice option however I am really wanting to stick to the Slaanesh themed list, so if I drop the bikers would MoS Raptors work well in their place?

They will both work. THe difference is that Bikes aren't slowed by terrain, so that whole roll 3d6 drop the highest won't affect them. On the other hand if you only move 6"on foot with raptors you get to re-roll their charge distance and can jump over any terrain in the way.

I really like Raptors, but I generaly feel that i want more than just the standard five to actually get their moneys (points) worth so to speak.

Good list. Maybe drop 1 biker and pick up and extra havoc so if they start taking wounds you wount have to lose an auto cannon first. Other then that it looks good

CSM>Berserkers. CSM trading their bolters for ccw will have the same amount of attacks but at W4 instead of W5 which does not matter if csm fights IEq. CSM with MoK are better since they can take special weapon guns instead of 2 plasma pistols. Also CSM with fabius bile = enhanced marines with mores strength.

Best way to play cultist is to put them in reserves and hope they come out on the last few turns to grab home obj.

Sounds good... If you added a banner on Slaanesh you get that feel no pain, BUT I think your points are split up pretty good.

My list has 2 ML 2 LC on my havocs. It makes more since for hordes but limits you on armor penetration.

However, at 1000pts there wont be too much armor

Well I popped into my GW and LGC today to see whats what and seeing a few 1k games, a lot of space marine players, couple of tau, a few eldar, a few necrons and an ork player. No tyranids or Chaos (yet) and most of the SM players are experiementing between DA or SM codex's.

I saw a lot of transports and a lot more terminators then I was expecting at this point level

Quincy, IL Hit me up if you are around and want to play

I'd drop lightning claw off biker sarg and vets of long war off havocs. U really NEED at least one min unit of cultist in order to hold another objective for u. If you really can't do that then use the pets to give ur csm squads flamers or meltas.

Check out my battle reports at http://www.youtube.com/user/theblessing8386/videos and see the models you trade me duke it out!
