Hey guys I have heard nothing but good things about these brushes, and I am so sick of my citadel fine detail brush that can't maintain a point to save its life. I only have the cash to order two of these, and the only retailer in the us that I've found is dickblick.com. If someone can recommend some sizes, it would be greatly appreciated.

There are some nice bristol brushes you can get from a hobby lobby if you are interested. They are the brown ones with a gold cutlet.

Does anyone know where to get a 2/0, dickblick only has size 3/0, and size 0.

Search on Amazon. 00 was available yesterday, through a large seller whose name I can't recall (not Dick Blick - doesn't have the size, as you well know, although they're the usual "fulfilled by" for Amazon brushes). Can buy through Amazon or their website, directly.
That said, I was shopping around for myself and I passed on the 8404s, in the end. A 00 and a 2, bought and shipped, would be $37.46. The same sizes of S.33s from Rosemary & Co. bought and shipped from the UK (S&H was only $2 more) would be $20.93 - almost half the price. Matching the cost would get me seven brushes from R&Co. (granted, that depends on the exact sizes chosen, etc.). Their brushes have also received overwhelmingly favorable reviews, although fewer have tried them than Raphaels or W&Ns. They aren't the golden standard of miniature painting brushes, but quality is apparently still quite high and the price point is unbeatable.
If you're strapped for cash, I might suggest putting an order in with Rosemary & Co. instead. Much more bang for your buck, while still being an upgrade compared to Citadel brushes. That's the route I'll be taking, at least.

Wow secretweaponminiatures KILLED the competition on shipping price, only 3 dollars in the us, so I ordered just the 00 brush as this is where I feel the citadel brushes are really letting me down as far as holding the point, and keeping enough paint in them. Only 15 bucks for the brush shipped!
