Trying to make a relatively competetive while fun list. C/C welcome (especially if anything is Illegal).
Likely will use the Salamander Chapter tactics due to the number of flamers/melta. (Yes I know the lions come from the Imperial fists ).

Major problem I see is very low model count :(

HQ: Captain: Combi-Melta, Power Sword, Artificer Armor, Bike (155)
-Command Squad w/ BIkes (205)
-1. Apothocary. 2. Veteran (shield/power sword) 3. Flamer/Power Axe 4. Combi-Plas / Lightning Claws. 5. Meltagun

Librarian: Bike and Mastery Level 2 (110)

Troops
10 Tactical: Drop Pod, Grav-Gun, Missle Launcher, Combi-Melta (215)
10 Tactical: Drop Pod, Flamer, Heavy Bolter, Combi-Flamer (200)
9 Scouts : Camo Cloaks and Sniper RIfles (9) (126)

Elite
Ironclad Dreadnaught: Drop Pod w/ Locator, Ironclad assault, 2 Hunter Killers, Extra Heavy flamer (in lieu of storm bolter): (225)
Ironclad Dreadnaught: Drop Pod, Hurrican Bolters / Chainfist (170)

Fast:
Stormtalon: Skyhammer MIssles / Assault Cannons: (125)
Landspeeders:1. Heavy Bolter/Typhoon, 2. Heavy Flamer/Assault Cannon 3. Heavy Flamer/Assault Cannon (already modelled this way, except the heavy flamers) (235)

Heavy:
Stormraven: Hurrican Bolters/Multi Meltas and Lascannnons: 230

Plan is to Drop in both Ironclads Turn 1. Keep 1 Tact in reserve in Drop pod. 2nd Tactical Squad will either use their drop pod on Round 2 or start on the board pending enemy deployment.
Scouts will infiltrate in cover.

Other than that just charge up the bikes and speeders and cause as much Havoc as possible before the flyers come in. Use the talon escort rule to come in with the raven and provide a cover save to it from Interceptor.

May split up the speeders and keep the skyhammer speeder at max distance.

The Riptide can't be a giant death robot, its completely lacking a sword or massive chainsaw. All giant death robots have swords or massive chainsaws.
