A Dark Place

So aiming for something TAC; not overly competitive just able to hold its own. I'm working with what models I already have so no flyers or extra pods available. I know I'll be up against Eldar and single-heldrake Chaos locally so that's worth thinking about.
What I have here leaves me 5pts:

Well, looks like an old fashioned SM army with just a single Bike unit using grav guns. I'd consider at least Dev Centurions instead of Devastators.

This list does not seem to be getting much from the IF tactics to be honest.

I would look at one of the other chapters instead.

maybe iron hands. theres a good amount of vechles. with those extra points, grav centuions would go well with this list.

I do drugs.
Mostly Plastic Crack, but I do dabble in Cardboard Cocaine.

Thanks guys.
After some consideration I decided to go a different route altogether (clearly I was too cosy with my old list) and have edited the OP to match.
Extending this new list to 2000 I would like to add in the Centurions to replace the devs, and eventually squeeze in a Storm Talon. I think a second Whirlwind in the meantime might help with softening up the opposition early on.
