So how does this list look for a series of "The Relic" games?
HQ
Avatar: Crushing Blow = 205pts
TROOPS
Jetbikes (3): 1 Shuriken Cannon
Jetbikes (3): 1 Shuriken Cannon
Rangers (5): = 60pts
ELITES
Wraithguard (5): 5 D-Scythes = 210pts
DED. TRANSPORT
Wave Serpent: Twin Scatters, Holo's, Shuricannon = 145pts
Wave Serpent: Twin Scatters, Holo's = 135pts
FAST ATTACK
Crimson Hunter: = 160pts
Crimson Hunter: = 160pts
HEAVY SUPPORT
War Walkers (3): 3 Scatters = 195pts
Dark Reapers (5): 5 Starshots = 190pts
Wraithlord: 2 Starcannons, 2 Flamers, Ghostglaive = 165pts
TOTAL = 1747pts
The plan is if I am going first, infiltrate the rangers on the relic, then in turn 1 move a serpent just within embarking range, jump the rangers in the serpent, and turbo boost 6" back.
Everything else can light up the opposition and on turn 2 I can get the rangers to a defensible position and continue to light up enemy troops. Avatar camps with rangers providing
fearless bubble and defense against units charging in. Crimson Hunters for basic air pests, popping enemy vehicles and largely for anti air support (there are most likely gonna
be some helldrakes and stormravens and flying monstrous creatures in this tier of my league). If the enemy goes first, light up any units that got to the relic in turn 1 and hopefully
sweep in with my bikes, grab it, turbo boost 6" away, and assault jump hopefully 6" behind some cover or something. Otherwise bikes are for stealing relic back or speedy little
"shoot and runs". Rest of the units are for general support and nastiness. What do you guys think?
I am hoping I can get the 2 Crimson Hunters in a week before the tier starts if i choose to go with this list, because I dont have them ordered yet. I should get them in time if they aren't
coming from the UK.

Are you taking this list to a tourney? If not then its ok, but if you are i can give you some hints on survivability issues.

Keep in mind that you pick up the Relic at the end of your movement phase, and whoever picks it up cannot run/turbo-boost or they drop it.

Yup, Sadly, can't turbo boost away with the Relic in the shooting phase!
I'd be inclined to let the Wraith Lord pick it up and see how far he gets it!

[ humm so much conflicting talk about relic and turbo boosting, if they can't how about more rangers to provide cover for first turn ranger grab maybe?

[ no postive comment, my hunter has never helped me out to date, after 12 games it is retired. Damn AV 10....3/5 times its shot down from a quad cannon or Icarus, or range 48 or better incoming fire forces me to constantly jinx, which then I'm doning snap shots
