There is no background out there for the Viper Legion, except an excerpt or two from a couple books.

The SM chapters wiki/and Lexicanum lists the Rfedmeption Corps as one of the references (apparently on page 407).

Does anyone have this novel and can post about the the reference? The Internet has so little information for me.

There's a quick mention of them in Legion of the Damned that seems to imply they're Imperial Fist successors. Apparently something fairly common to the Astartes Praeses.
