So with the hype about FoTR, I decided I'd jump into the Battlegroup set of rules for my WW2 itchings.

I was going to order the BGO + mini-rule book deal from The Warstore (and some PSC 1/72 while I'm at it. The scale seems to be perfect for this. Although I like 6mm for moderns for some odd reason that I can't name), but I have one clarification that needs to be made. I know I have the lists from BGO, but if I want to play an Eastern Front list would I have enough information in the mini-rule book to be able to do that? Just kinda curious, I'll probably jump on it anyway.

No, the mini rulebook is just that - rules.

Its just the Battlegroup rules.

If you want the Kursk lists then get the Battlegroup Kursk book. It also contains the core rules.

So in summary...

Battlegroup Kursk - core rules and Kursk supplement
Battlegroup Overlord - Normandy supplement
Battlegroup Fall of the Reich - 1945 supplement
Battlegroup Mini Rulebook - core rules
