I know where there is room for improvement, mainly buying some bike troops and getting a Stormtalon or two even. That aside, here's the list from what I have.

HQ

Librarian - Terminator Armour - Lv2 - Storm Shield - 125

Troop
Tactical Squad (6) Missile Launcher - 99
Tactical Squad (10) Flamer - Combi-Flamer - Heavy Bolter - 165
Tactical Squad (10) Flamer - Combi-Flamer - Heavy Bolter - 165

Dedicated Transports
Razorback - Twin Linked Las Cannon - Storm Bolter - 80
Rhino - Storm Bolter - 40
Drop Pod - 35

Elite
Vanguard Veterans (10) Plasma Pistol - Lightning Claw (2, Sgt) - Power Axe - Melta Bomb (7) - 285
Legion of The Damned (5) Plasma Gun, Plasma Cannon, Plasma Pistol (Sgt), Power Axe (Sgt) - 185

Heavy Support
Centurion Devastator Squad (6) Missile Launcher (6) Grav Cannon (6) Grav Amp (6) Omniscope (Sgt) - 560
Devastator Squad (5) Missile Launcher (4) - 130
Devastator Squad (5) Missile Launcher (4) - 130

The Librarian would be with the Cent Devs in order to take wounds to himself and either Storm Sheild them or allocate into the group. Probably would just get Psychic Scream and try for GoI with his second power.

The Dev Squads are very versatile which is why I enjoy them so much, especially for the new cost. The Centurions although costly, are very effective at making my opponent vulnerable whilst not in cover, and are VERY effective against tanks.

With this composition I would likely hope to fight midfield and put objectives in the open, hoping to table my opponents. Although I lack significant anti-air, nothing says feth air like 30 Salvo Shots and 16 Missile Launchers rerolling snapfire with Devastator Doctrine.

Not sure I feel the Libby in the Terminator Armour?

I can see why he's with the Centurions, but it just feels clunky.

I'd be inclined to load the Dev's out with Las-Cannons for a couple of extra points to be honest with you, but you can't go far wrong with missile launchers to be fair!

He's in terminator armour simply because if the devs get shot at by say small arms fire and he doesnt have a 2+ save and misses LoS's he's gunna die. The extra protection for the points goes a long way.
