Hey man, welcome to Dakka! Just for future reference there's no need to list out the abilities of each squad, just give us the total points cost and how many you have.
As for your list, looks pretty good. I assume that the Mek is going to be hitching a ride in one of the boyz trukks. Just something to keep in mind, trukks now count as kill points in kill point games, and are extremely squishy, so be careful about that. AS for the storm boyz, I think you'd be better off taking a squad of lootas for anti air/light vehicle hunters. Lootas a re a great compliment to any ork list
over all though, like I said before, it looks like a pretty solid list. Play it a couple of times, keep what works and get rid of what doesn't.
Cheers!

Yeah sorry about that, I made this post on my phone last night and just copy + pasted the list from an App, didn't have much time to edit it
But thanks for the advice! I actually have a unit of Lootas sitting around here somewhere and was thinking of popping em in. The problem is, I have a weird feeling just throwing basically 2/3 of my Army is Trukks - seems very not versatile. The Stormboyz gave me some great mobility and counter charging options, but I guess it doesn't matter too much since the Trukks are all open topped?

I noticed that you've got 12 boys in each of your trukks. If you're taking a KFF with them, you'll need to ditch one of the boys to make room for him.
Sir William has a good point that the trukks are pretty squishy, so you have to expect at least one of them to not make it. I usually use that squad for back field objective campering because it will take too long to get them down field.
The advice on lootas is sound, as well. They are one of the best units in the codex. The problem is that your opponents will learn this quickly and will go after them, so watch out for drop pods.
Welcome to Dakka, friend! Happy WAAAGHgaming!

Mek needs ride.
Moar boyz/trukks.. You want to tarpit objectives.
Ask yourself why you have 11 storm boyz.. and then consider two squad of 5 for 2 pk nobs to supplement trukks or a full unit.
Two jets in a 1000 pt list that looks like it wants to assualt on turn two is strange to me.

Your trukks aren't survivable without the KFF. Is he on foot? You could add a BP and a burna and remove a nob from one squad. Unfortunately I think that all your trucks will pop killing 2-4 Boyz each time. I mean a single fire warrior can kill a trukk. And Rismonite is right. You're trying to get into assault by T2. What will the jets shoot at if (best case scenario) all your trukks make it across and all your Boyz get into assault?

Oops, didn't notice that. I'll tailor the list so the Mek can ride in the Trukks (I was planning on having him ride in one but just forgot to make room)
I see why you guys would be concerned about the Jets, so I'm open to opinions. I've just seen them used a lot in objective games but other than that I know they're just good for shooting stuff
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here is the new list, with room for the Big Mek with KFF;
HQ (125pts)
Big Mek (125pts)
'Eavy armour (5pts) ('Eavy Armour), Cybork body (10pts) (Cybork Body), Kustom force field (50pts) (Kustom Force Field), Mek's tools (Mek's Tools), Power klaw (25pts)
Elites (180pts)
Lootas (90pts)
6x Loota (90pts)
Lootas (90pts)
6x Loota (90pts)
Troops (450pts)
Ork Boyz (146pts)
10x Boy (60pts)
10x Slugga & choppa (Choppa)
Nob (46pts)
Bosspole (5pts) (Bosspole), Power klaw (25pts)
Trukk (40pts)
Ramshackle
Big shoota, Reinforced ram (5pts) (Reinforced Ram)
Ork Boyz (152pts)
11x Boy (66pts)
11x Slugga & choppa (Choppa)
Nob (46pts)
Bosspole (5pts) (Bosspole), Power klaw (25pts)
Trukk (40pts)
Ramshackle
Big shoota, Reinforced ram (5pts) (Reinforced Ram)
Ork Boyz (152pts)
11x Boy (66pts)
11x Slugga & choppa (Choppa)
Nob (46pts)
Bosspole (5pts) (Bosspole), Power klaw (25pts)
Trukk (40pts)
Ramshackle
Big shoota, Reinforced ram (5pts) (Reinforced Ram)
Fast Attack (240pts)
Dakkajet (120pts)
2 Twin-linked supa shootas, Additional twin-linked supa shoota (10pts)
Dakkajet (120pts)
2 Twin-linked supa shootas, Additional twin-linked supa shoota (10pts)
Quick Edit; If I took the Dakka Jets out, my first thought would be to throw in another Trukk with some Boyz, and give all the Nobs 'Eavy Armor (I feel like this would make people less inclined to challenge them in melee, but that's just me)
Thoughts?

OP, just a quick tip for you. Don't list out individual point values of upgrades in your posts. Check out the forum rules.
What you can do is list out a total for a unit including all upgrades
Like this:
11x Ork Boyz (152pts)
Sluggas & choppas, nob w/ BP and PK
Trukk w/ big shoota and reinforced ram
List looks pretty good overall. Remember the golden rule for orks: boyz before toyz.
I feel that 2 dakkajets is excessive for a 1000 point list, you can get a warboss with a good loadout for the same amount of points. The mek loadout is a little strange. Giving him a KFF and a PK is a little counter productive. You don't really want him smashing face in CC if his job is to carry the KFF to keep your boyz safe.
Just some thoughts.

Awesomesauce list bro, spreading some trukk love
I think that 4 trukks at 1k is the sweet spot, while 3 is a bit lackluster, but it will probably still work just fine.
I agree with orkimedezz on the point about getting lootas in small squads instead of stormboyz.
At 1k points I think 2 dakkajets is a bit overkill, more so since this is an "In Yo' Face" type of an army. They still need the supporting fire, but dakkajets do not fill that role since they come in turn 2 or later, hence why the lootas are great.
I would probably drop atleast one more dakkajet, and get a squad of 3 Big Gunz (kannonz, maybe some extra grots and/or ammorunts) and a couple more lootas, try to get an uneaven number of lootas (5, 7 or 9), This way they can suffer 1 more wound before having to do a leadership test
If you drop both jets then I'd get a 4th trukk for sure
Welcome to dakka dakka btw it is always great to see moar boyz for da WAAAGH!

'Eavy Armor is good for making sure your Nob can jump out of an exploding trukk and have a 50% save. It really sucks to take just one wound and die to some 'umie Serg because your Nob took the other wound getting out of the trukk. Or dieing too a stray precision shot after taking a wound getting out of your trukk. If you are gonna play in CC you need to get characters down so the PK can be ignoring armor, wounding on 2's, penetrating vehicles, and doubling/denying FnP to enemy models.
MEQ is almost half your opponents, roughly.

yeah many times against MEQ or TEQ units in a close combat with the boyz I have seen them only do 1-4 unsaved woulnds due to a good roll on the saves, and that happens more offten then you'd think. And then the Nob piles in and makes up the difference with his powerclaw.
Just keep in mind to position your nob pre-charge so that with the charge he'd be more then 3 inches away from the first line before pile-in, so he cant be challenged-out on the charge (a nice "trick" that I picked up here on dakkadakka that has done wonders for me)
The biggest thing is to learn when to charge in with 1 trukk worth of boyz and when to charge in with 2 trukks worth of boyz, and that will come with experience
Btw listwise I myself am running a similar truck army when I am not running Nob Bikers at 1k points
here is my version:

I like the look of the list...
For your next couple hundred points, I'd add a Warboss on Bike and a group of scoring Biker Nobs. Not only does that give you a pretty good deathstar unit, but it really can control the center area of the board.
