Does anyone have a conversion chart for these two paint lines?
My google foo has been weak.

Specifically looking to see if Valljeo model air "Yellow" is a match to Minitaire Irradiated yellow.

I don't know of a chart, but I have both colours with bottle tops primed and airbrushed their colour. Pretty sure the Minitaire bottles are over vallejo PU grey primer and the VMA yellow is over Vallejo PU white primer. I included all Minitaire yellows, including the transparent yellow and golden yellows at the back, which are a bit glossy so hard to see what they look like sadly. It looks to me like a fairly close match, but a little between irradiated and craven. I recommend the Minitaire set if you can get it 40-50% off still, awesome value but I prefer to work with Vallejo in general. If you want better pics I can spray them next to each other on a flat surface over white and black for a better idea.
