Librarian has the 3 inch 4++ generator.

Does the model have to be within the 3 inches, or just touching the bubble? Does it only protect models in/touching or would it extend to the unit not under/touching.

A) any model who has any part of their base less than 3" from the librarian's base gets the 4++

B) It only affects models, unlike the ork KFF which affects units

Nope, latest FAQ prevents it's use inside a transport.
