So far from what I've read in various fourms is you can pretty much pick the models you like and end up with a decent army.
so i was wondering if someone could help me out in making an army list with these models
the caledonian starter pack, the moramers, the cateran sniper, and th mirage 5 unit

The only thing you might have to sacrifice is Mirage 5 as it is a generic Ariadna or Merovingian Rapid Response Force unit rather than Caledonian.

Excluding Mirage 5, I can give you this Caledonian Sectorial:
