20 TG is way too few. Their initiative is so low that they'll get wiped out long before they get to do anything. Drop them to afford 4-6 knights.

If you're already paying for 5 chariots, why not upgrade to 6. That way you get two full ranks for S5 impact hits. Give them the flaming banner for added effect.

Drop the King and lvl 2 for a level 4 and a casket. The casket is going to do way more for your army than an expensive character in a very fragile unit, and a level 4 will give your army the buffs you need to really get going. KB chariot impact hits? 7 attacks each on the knights? Sounds great.

Also archers should get musicians rather than banners so that they can free-reform+move and shoot.
