I'm currently in the making of my own legion of Space Marinesthat do not follow regular doctrine. For each company that is apart of the Seraphim Legion there is a Lord (Captain). So far I've created my own Vulkan, Strike-Commander, Lord Malik who specializes in Drop Pod assaults. Now it's time for me to create my own bike captain that could double as Khan. He will be leading the Ironwing (Land Speeder and Bikes) and his name is Ironwing-Commander, Lord Aragon.

How should I load this guy out? I don't want to lose his I5 in CC but I also don't want him to suck. He will be running with a Black Knight squadron or Command Squad. Lastley, I most likely will run him with at least a SS. Any help would be appreciated!

If you want him to double as Khan, that kinda limits your options. He's pretty much a captain in power armor, on a bike, with a power sword.

If you want a bike captain that hits harder, but looks the same, you can run that as a captain in artificer armor with the burning blade.

Or invest in magnets and swap stuff around.
