While I am using the Iyanden list, it could just as easily use the regular Eldar codex.

I thought I would throw it up here and get some feedback before I get the extra Wraithlord and Wraithknight.

Looks good, I would go with the scythes over the rangers. Also if you can play a few games in succession might want to playtest dropping the bike warlock and cannons splitting the 6 bikes into 2 squads and taking a 2nd spiritseer.
