Okay i decided to Set this idea free. This is a Thousand Sons/Egyptian themed Army. lots of extras.

HAVES
9 man Thousand son, plastic/metal, squad
9 man Thousand son, plastic/metal, squad.
10 man, space marine squad (or could be used as 1000 son squad) Leader has power fist, banner, 2 x plasma guns. CONVERTED body, heads, shoulders. Great Detail on this hard plastic.
11 Terminators, all the bodies, heads, shoulder pads are non GW conversion upgrades. Great detail also. 5x combi meltas (one is converted, thin stargate movie) 1 reaper cannon, 2 chain fist, 1 power fist, 6 power axe, 1 power maul, 1 lightning claw. (also including enough bits from the after market pieces to make 1 more terminator, you just need a set of legs)
2 rhinos, egyptian after market/forgeworld doors. The rear top hatches are the circle pieces that come with the tzeentch daemon chariot. Great runes/thousand sons looking detail.
1 Predator
1 tomb kings sphinx, used as a Mauler Fiend
1 Hi elves flame phoenix. Was going to paint this like an "egyptian pheonix" using it as a hell drake.
1 Tzeentch sorcerer/Ahriman (scibor minis model)

Retail Value on this lot, with the extras conversions and pieces, is about $650. Obviously Im not asking that cash wise... I was instead hoping to make an army swap. I am open to cash offers however, but im not hurting for money and not interested in "blowing this army out". Everything is put together extremely well and clean.
