I haven't seen many people showing water effects in the tutorials, so I thought I'd just share this bit I discovered because I'm an idiot.
Step 1: Get confused when buying glue and mistake 30 sec with 30 minutes and get Loctite brand GO2 glue.

I just threw this together and never done a tutorial so forgive me if this seems amateurish, cause it is.

After basing I went with a light blue coat

Use layers of darker blue to give it the appearance of depth

I used bit a metallic blue drybrush and bit of simple white drybrush to give it a bit of life.

Thin layer of glue gives it a nice watery effect.

New base I did to show how layering can be done to help show depth

I'm expecting an Imperial Knights supplement dedicated to GW's loyalist apologetics. Codex: White Knights "In the grim dark future, everything is fine."

"The argument is that we have to do this or we will, bit by bit,
lose everything that we hold dear, everything that keeps the business going. Our crops will wither, our children will die piteous
deaths and the sun will be swept from the sky."

I swear I think those two have a hate-crush on each other sometimes.
