I originally wasn't going to bother repainting my minis for the event I intend to attend on Saturday but after seeing the posts here and elsewhere and having the time I felt compelled to at least make the effort.

Looking ace there man. I give you mega props for it. Besides being a major trek fan the biggest draw for me to the game was not having to paint anything. 20 years of painting warhammer stuff has me burned out.

Good stuff! There's a dude on BGG that has been repainting ships as well. Take a look. I've been shamed into adding small black windows all over my Enterprise D and Reliant.
