Idk if this goes here or in YMDC since it's not a rule question specifically. So I have flesh tearers(sp?) Can I also take normal blood angels with them or will it not be ok since the are dif chapter but basically same legion?. I'm doing it more for a fluff point of view for the hqs.I like flesh tearers bit it'll be silly taking Dante as my hq so I'll have some normal blood angels with my flesh teartes.

So long as you're using the same book for them all, it's OK to have them in the same army list. Just tell your opponent what you're doing.

Yea I just wanted to see what ppls thoughts were, because some guy once said one of my termies shouldnt get 2+ armor cuz he didn't have a shoulder pad. He was dead serious too!!!! Worst part I wasn't even playing him he was watching me and my friend play. Basically the concept before the battle was that the BA got overrun and got FT reinforcements.

Yeah, they're all in the same codex. The difference is paint colour, thats about it.You could take a force led by Dante and Gabriel Seth (flesh tearers chapter master - his rules are in the BA codex) if you wanted.
Most people nowadays are taking divination libbys instead though.

O.o da frak... Never have I expected to read such idiotic thoughts, and I think the Crux Terminatus is the source of the Invul save, not the regular armor save.
Anyway, no, I too see no problems with your idea. It's even more cooler than just sticking Dante together with a full Flesh Tearers army.

It gets worse that same guy said 20 of his gaunts(sp? Don't play nidz but he ment the cheap nidz) could kill wait for it.......belial deep striking with a full 10 man terminator squad with 2 heavy flamers!!! On the turn they dathwing assault
