I need help trimming 10 points from my 1850 list for tomorrows tournament at my flgs.

Interrogator chaplain on bike with auspex and mace of redemption

Ravenwing attack squad with 2 plasma, mm attack bike, speeder typhoon and hb. Meltabombs

Same as above

Ravenwong attack squad with 2 plasma, mm attack bike, meltabombs, speeder with x2 mm

It comes in at 1860 I need to know where I can trim 10 points. Also I'm stuck on the chaplain over a librarian.

Well an easy swap here is to take a ravenwing command squad instead of black knights. This will save you 2 pts a model, as well as letting them take the ravenwing banner. It will limit the squad size to 5 models though.

I have a librarian and a chaplain on a bike, and although I prefer the model and fluff of my chaplain, the librarian is the better choice. He is cheaper and does the same job as the chaplain through prescience. A PFG might be good on him too, as cover ignoring things are pretty common at tournies.

Lastly, DA flyers are not competitive. Sorry but there isn't a nice way to put it. Maybe consider using those points somewhere else. Dakka banner, or more bikes perhaps.

I know the dark angels fliers suck but I need something that can hit fliers without straying away from the ravenwing. I considered the command squad as well.

pffft, Nephilims are reasonable as long as you're going second. They have a decent amount of anti air ability. Downside being an aegis line quad gun is better at it for way less points. Also if all else fails do a 36" ram move into the side of that storm raven.

1 lascannon shot, a heavy bolter, and some 1 use str 6 missiles for 180 points is decent? Not in my opinion.
With the AA options in codex DA, Ravenwing armies should for the most part be ignoring flyers anyway. They have the speed, hit and run ability as well as access to the PFG to mitigate most flyers, and command a stronger presence on the board.
They don't need to spend the points on the sub par options available to them.

nah nephelims are just objectively bad. I have one and i tried to justify the money i spent but i have come to terms with it now, looks beautiful though. drop it and you have 170 points to spend! Just ignore flyers ravenwing should be fine. Unless heldrake, then your are in deep deep trouble.

Also one issue I run into is I'm quickly running out of bikes. A handful were recently stolen from me at the shop.

ahhh thats no good man, people can be rough sometimes, even us neckbeards! Well as you know, I am a fan of dual-wing so maybe give a TH/SS squad a whirl?

DUDE! throw out the nephelim and in a RCS with dev banner, salvo all your boltguns! unless heldrake. then for any hope of survival, don't.

I'd take a libarian lvl 1 on a bike with pfg instead of the chaplain. He will help vs heldrakes and marker lights.

Then you can run 2 Ravenwing command squads if you like, taking both the bolter banner and the ravenwing standard.

With the rest of the points just get more bikes.

Well Pre-FAQ the Dark Talon used to be able to 1-shot any I3 units in the game, and I4 in conjunction with BKs, so they were good for that small window.
