So I have dark angels from the starter box set, and I painted them as my own dark angel chapter but I am also playing an Iron Hands chapter of marines in a different scheme. I was wondering from a personal standpoint what how would you feel if I played against you with a tactical squad painted as dark angels in my regular army as "non official allies" just counting them as part of my regular army?

Yes, as long as you clearly tell your opponent that these will not be allies and you are only going to use one codex for the entire army.

As long as their upgrades are all WYSIWYG it doesn't matter how your space marines are painted or what chapter symbols they have. The only issue would be if you're also taking DA allies with identical models, since that would be really confusing.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.

You mean Fallen? Just kidding there. No problem with it at all. Just like to joke about them being Fallen that is about it.

They don't even have to be WYSIWYG, just tell me before the game starts what they are, and don't mind me asking every 2 minutes what they are since I have CRAFT.

Agies Grimm:The "Learn to play, bro" mentality is mostly just a way for someone to try to shame you by implying that their metaphorical nerd-wiener is bigger than yours. Which, ironically, I think nerds do even more vehemently than jocks.

Everything is made up and the points don't matter. 40K or Who's Line is it Anyway?
