I think trying to have a team of 2-3 suits with missile pods that can stay back and really try to hold objectives would be good! I've been trying to put together a sweet Farsight Enclaves list myself =D

honestly drop the gun drones and take more crisis suits. drones are non-scoring/denial units and you want to take as many troops as possible
Add a missle squad in there with marker drones and just attach the commander with them for marking.

Don't take gun drones as FA in an Enclave list, take them as ablative wounds for your crisis team.

You're missing out on some of the key things that make Farsight enclaves stand out as well.
I'd definitely try to squeeze in Earth Cast Piloting Array on one of the Riptides. Talisman of Arthas Moloc is really good to pass up on as well.

The main reason I was thinking of gun drones was that they would add some bonus anti-horde (which I don't really have tons of at the moment)
So maybe swap the two gun drone squadrons for a team like this?
3 Crisis suits with missile pods 159
and then throw in the ECPA for a riptide?

I'm not too sure about burst cannons, if you compare them point for point a double burst cannon crisis suit costs 43 pts, which equals 3.5 gun drones.
The drones put out 3.8888 hits on average and the suit puts out 4. Although the drones are pinning and are not going to be instant-killed by missiles. I guess the drones still have the problem of not being able to score though.

look at it this way.
A team of burst suits put out 30 shots. When you use marker lights they are almost all going to hit. Now you toss in 6 gun drones for 12 additional twinlinked shots that cause pinning. they wound the same so thats no different. but with the suits you can capture objectives.
Even with a fully kitted out gun drone squad you only put out UP to 24 shots instead of the 42 and they can't score or even contest. drones may be cheaper overall but you need the scoring units.

I'd put the velocity trackers on the broadsides. They have much better range for dealing with air targets. I have 1 kited out that way and it's put the hurt on some fliers for me.

I'd go with the crowd and agree you dont need the gun drones.
Also:
2 Suit Crisis team - 4x fusion blaster, velocity tracker and target lock -131
2 Suit Crisis team - 4x fusion blaster, velocity tracker and target lock -131
Crisis suits can take the 3< weapons+support systems.
These guys have 4 each.
Stick a Talisman of athras moloch on a riptide and a pilot array on another one.
4 D6 to deny the bish is extremely decent for 25 points.
I tend to take ovesa and stick him with 3 suits with plasma to shield them.
majority toughness 6, majority AS 3+ (for grav guns), riptide at the front 2+ (3++ - 5++) 5+ feel no pain.
Pricey unit but golden when used with ML's.
479 all together I think which is a good investment.
That's a little bit of my advice anyway man! no obligations here!

One last thing! Dont fear the burst cannon suits!!
I deep strike a unit of 3, ( scoring and 129pts?!) 24 S5 bullets are amazing - especially with DS/J SJ
Embrace them! they will do you magic favours!!

NOTE:!!!!! no one caught this - your drone team point costs are incorrect. Drones are more expensive in a drone squad then as wargear attached to a crisis team/firewarriors. 8 drones is actually 112 pts (drones cost 2 pts more each in a squadron)!
Those fusion suits are not going to perform well at all. You have 18" range + maybe 6 if you move toward the flyer. Not to mentioned they are extremely fragile. It would be much more effective to give the broadsides velocity trackers. As 8x TL S7 shots at 36" range is far more likely to do damage from turn 1 then 4 Str 8 shots at 18".
I'd also look into dropping those gun drones in favour of firewarriors. FW's will cost you 4 pts less each, have much longer range and most importantly are scoring.
Then there is the crisis teams in general, I don't mind barebone crisis teams when they are just a throwaway take hunter that your opponent may choose to ignore. However, with a farsight enclave, these are your troops! Your opponent will not be ignoring them - it is important for a 3 man team to have a shas'vre and a drone or 2 to absorb a hit.
On paper people assume they can JSJ behind cover that black LoS each turn. When you actually play a game you might find yourself exposed in a window or in a forest where they can still shoot you (especially with the short range on plasma/fusion blasters - you will need to advance and expose your suits). Also an avg JSJ roll is 7", but what if you roll below that and don't make it back into cover. Your T4 and 3+ save will not save you - this is why I feel it necessary to always have a drone or 2 in the squad to take that dark lance, missile launcher, lascannon, etc. hit that would take out a suit. Also their questionable leadership 8 makes it a very good idea to include a shas'vre so they don't run off objectives or off the board.
My suggestion: take 1 gundrone squad and distribute its drones amongst your crisis team (gun or shield drones). Then drop the 2nd gun drone squad to give your crisis teams shas'vres AND make up for the incorrect point costs you originally included

Yeah the drone points are wrong.
I would advise you to get some dones into your crisis squads. As it is they are perfect targets for missile launchers and other str 8 fire. A longfang missile squad for example would easily remove a 3 suit squad per turn if they are out of position, get some ablative wounds.
Another thing I'm unsure out is only having 5 marker dones, in one squad even, at 1500 points. You have a lot of big guns, but I worry you will not be able to have to accuracy to use it on all the targets you need to. Consider more markerlights, they are vital to you. A good opponent will know how important they ae, so as it stands expent to have your commander and drone squad focused very fast.

- Those 5 marker drones are 70 points - check the drone squadron entry. (marker drones are same cost as gun drones)
I'm assuming your suits are all bonded? That's fine if you have the spare points.
I think you'll end up falling in love with those broadsides - much better at dealing with air then those fusion suits. I wish there were a few more markerlights in there somewhere, but I have a hard time fitting them into my farsight enclave as well. Play test the army a bit, if you find yourself light on marker lights then drop that lone broadside and look nto sniper drones.
I run a team of 2 spotters and 5 sniper drones - it comes to only 101 points and I get 2 BS5 markerlights and 5 awesome sniper rifles (that rapidfire at 24"). The unit is much more interesting/adds more utility than pathfinders.

You forgot the knives on all the broadsides. In the enclaves everything must take them if they have the option, including broadsides. As pointed out, your marker drone price is off. You can mitigate some of the points increase by using the drones as part of the commander, as his drones are the normal price. I also recommend taking max missile drones on the broadsides, as that is really cheap for a missile pod.

The list looks pretty good. I'm just worried about the 2x 2man crisis teams going down really fast. They have short range and all it takes is one poor JSJ roll to leave them out in the open - after you play test a bit, you may want to consider a shield drone or 2.
Also heads up - your list comes to 1510 pts.
