I took a stack of magnets (1/8th inch) and wrapped some yellow hobby tape around them to make a handle. Then I stuck 10-15 magnets to the end which I use to push into the drilled holes I make. As long as I'm holding onto the yellow tape, the magnets are going in the right way. I do all of the body magnets first and then when I'm ready to do the arms, I move the free stack of magnets to the other side of the handle and I'm ready to go again.
