Hi all

I plan to convert / sculpt a few beasts of nurgle as the GW versions are a bit dated and only have a single model.

My plan is to create large maggot like creatures (as the new codex decribes them as a percursor to "rot flies" so it makes sense that their larval stage is that of a maggot,) but first I need to know what the official beast of nurgle base size is if anyone can help.

cheers.

Also any hints and tips on how they could be modelled extra gross welcomed too.

Also I've started taking photos to use as reference for weathering which can be found here. Please send me your photos so they can be found all in one place!!

Look into the Reaper Bones worm models as a base for them, they're big, cheap, and full of pretty nasty details.
Also, check out the Tamiya brand Clear Green and Clear Yellow paints. They go on like gels and you can mix them to make pus, snot, various other gross fluids.
