First off I will say that I am doing this from memory since I am currently deployed and don't have my Imperial Armour book with me.

I play Astral Claws using Huron Lugft using the Codex: Space Marines and was wondering would I be able to utilize any of the Chapter Tactics since he doesn't have one designated to him nor is there a reference to which Chapter they are founded from? Just curious on what other peoples views would be on this, since I like that model and having Forge World rules he isn't really over powered either, but looks awesome.

Isn't the general rule: when in doubt, you're an Ultramarines-descended chapter? Apocalypse says much the same thing regarding the Space Marines' Finest Hour rules.
I would argue, though, that if you're taking Huron and other Astral Claws characters, then you wouldn't get any of the other characters from whichever chapter tactics you choose to use.

Myself, I play Red Scorpions, so I'm also waiting for an update from Forgeworld (particularly since Culln does come with a chapter trait). I figure I would use Iron Hands rules for them, since the army wide FNP most closely matches their habit of having lots of Apothecaries running around.

Pretty much just my opinion, though.

Nah the rule is "when you don't know/can't tell ,you pick"
I must say I can't say what would represent the claws best.

After reading a lot of the Badad wars, it is a hard call since they fall under a great deal of tactics do to Huron. I was either feeling closer to Imperial Fist, but it'll be some research to figure it out. I was just wanting the world communities opinion on it.
