Big Blood Ravens fan here, they are my C:SM Army, and I think that the new codex did some good for building their kind of army (HQ libby and RG CT). I still want to have more fluffy lists, like maybe a squad of libbies/DoW2 Sgts as upgrades for Vet Sgts (Purchase Vet Sgt, then purchase DoW2 Sgt.)/Vet Sgts upgrade to psykers. Other than that, i think I can make a supplement (albeit a small one as I am not good with fluff).

The current formula for a supplement, which AFAIK from Farsight and Lyanden, is: you pick a campaign that is a turning point in the history of the faction in question, make lots of situations or flavored campaigns/batreps, and then craft rules that seem fluffy and work for the campaign.

For Blood Ravens, this seems easy: use the Aurelian Crusades as the fluff, add in the 'situations', and then give the special rules and special characters. I already have some special rules for them already and a special character for them. I just need one more fluffy rule or character for them. This is what I have so far:
