I'd say ditch the jump pack and put the captain on a bike - if he's accompanying the bikes he now gets T5 instead, twin linked boltgun, and keeps HOW and the movement. As a bonus he'll make that bike squad scoring troops as well if you can bump it up to at least 5.

The strength to a foot list is that you take out the need of whom ever your playings anti tank. But you took crap-i-nators and BAMB they still have 40 pt targets (thats more then a Rhino per guy lol). So yeah I would drop them and take more bodies.

theres a alot i think i would change, but good enough start.
1st) drop PWs of your tac sergents, they shoudne be needing it and are better places to put the points, as in...
2) missile launchers for dreadnoguhts.
3) why mixed roles in termies wepons? 1 assult, and 1 HF, :/ best to go with 21 of the same. also dont get chainfists, the have no need for even more anti tank. if they cant kill a tank on the charge, theres something wrong.
4) in instances with your plasma guns and pistols, change to grav. Keep the plasma cannon, but grav guns and grav psitols should wrok out better.
4)how many points is this? you say the list equals 1390, so is there points left to spend to make it up to a 1500, or is suposed to be that weird points value?
