my 1000pts army list for dark eldar:
hq
archron with agoniser+shadow field with combat drugs and grenades=125pts

troops
9 wyches with h grenades,special weapon+hekatrixwith agoniser=148pts
mounted in a raider with night shields+dark lance=70pts

10 kabilite with splinter cannon =100pts
mounted in a raider with night shields+dark lance=70pts

10 kabilite with splinter cannon =100pts

fast attack

10 scourges with 4 splinter cannons +solarite =270pts

heavy support

ravanger with night shields + 1 dark lance and 2 disintegrator cannons=115pts

so thats my 998 pts

Not sure I see the point of night shields on the wyches raider as you would likely be moving them to get in CC. Take a flickerfield maybe instead for the 5+ invul. The 10 warrios on foot need a ride. 10 scourges is a little over kill. They are pretty well a suicide unit and 270 pts is too much for that especially at 1000pts.
Do you have any venoms? If so use a few of them and groups of 5 warriors with blasters and drop the scorges.

i might put flicker fields on but no i dont have any venoms theyre my 4th priority im a bit busy

Scourges are cool, the models are hands down the nicest but even 10 of them won't last long. They draw attention but not enough attention as they are typically easily killed once they drop. 10 guys clustered up is an easy target for manticores, biovores, thunderfire cannons, etc.

Honestly, a Talos would only slow you down. Another Ravager would be a better bet.
