I am playing my friend later this week in a friendly little challenge, and wanted an opinion on the list I made. He has a very shooty Dark Eldar list, though he does have an Archon with a Huskblade with Incubi (the ones with the AP2 weapons)(this is what he almost always has for Dark Eldar, so this is what I'm assuming he has). So, please look over my list and see what might be improved.

HQ(2): Warboss
Bike, PK, Cybork Body, Bosspole

Troops(2): 5 Nobz
3 PK's, 1 Big Choppa, 1 WAAAGH! Banner, Painboy, 5 Cybork Bodies

Troops(2): 12 Boyz (Shootas)
1 Nob, Power Klaw, Bosspole, 'Eavy Armor
Trukk as DTV

Fast Attack(2): Dakkajet
Xtra Supa-Shoota, Flighta Ace

Elites: 8 Lootas

Wherever you see (2), it means I have two of those squads kitted out the same. so 2 Warbosses as such, 2 Nobz as such, etc. etc.

Mhm i asume the nobz got bikes? Anyways you gonna play against DE they dont care about toughness i think one group and one warboss is enough in my opinion, and add more trukk boys, had some good games against DE with trukk rush +nob bikers

Whoops! Yes, the Nobz are all on Bikes. I took one group against him, and he seemed to have some real trouble gunning them down, so I figured two would be in order

My main matchup is Orks v. Dark Eldar. You want more Lootas more than anything else - Dark Eldar love their transports but struggle once you pop them, and Lootas pop them ten times better than anything else in the codex

i played DE in a terni few times and i always wish i had more lootas and dakkajets. if your... and i say this lightly "list tailoring" dark eldar i would base my list around 20-30lootas and 3dakkajets with xtra super shootas and fighta ace since all their stuff is skimmers and you will melt that glass.

The Nob Bikers Can get away with 1 PK and 2 BC each group
Giving you more room for 2 groups of 7 Lootas ..and not really losing any value in the attack

I would have more Lootas/Dakkajets, but I only have the 2 Dakkajets and 10 Lootas. I would love to get my hands on more though

go for 30/3 than ur set forever

Agreed with what others are saying. Drop one nobs bike group and add more loota. And IMO I would stop one war boss and take a kff big Mel and stick him with a group of your choice.

I'd also recommend taking way less klaws. They aren't all that great against DE as they are mostly low toughness and meh armour. Generally for assault you want boyz in large numbers, but DE aren't an army I'd recommend assaulting due to their speed and mechanized nature

If you only take two Klaws per crew, you can afford one more cybork on a bike for each. What you really want is pain in numbers. 5 S5 attacks per nob on the charge will get you that. Use the Klaws to break any toughness they bring, but the others are right, you won't need 8.
