Just a couple of observations
Farseer's, Bike seers are nice because of the t4, but i just don't see where these guys are both going to go. I am guessing one is going to go with the guardians, the 2nd is probably going to hang out with the artillery. In that case why bikes?
10 Guardians, if your dead set, take the bright lance and shoot at the same target as the quad gun. I would say that the best combo in this set up might be 20 guardians 2 BL with a shard farseer and warlock on foot. But you would have the rearrange some points to get the 2nd 10, warlock, and the shard.
10 guardians with a farseers is pretty flimsy. A better 10 man would be 10 dire avengers with the shimmershield for 5++, and better leadership.
The D Cannons have a severe range problem, target selection becomes a problem as most good enemies will dictate what they get to fire at. Its not that nothing will every be in range, or that the guns are bad because they aren't its just your basically giving control over what gets shot to your enemy.
Consider if you have them 5 wraithguard in a serpent with a seer you get str 10 ap 2 shots, the ability to place them where you want while shotting the wave serpent and you can make them scoring with a seer.
I was actually going to put one with the artillery, and maybe both depending on the opponent. The bikes are so the farseer that is not the warlord can help do late game contests on objectives along with the Jetbikes. If anything I would put the one in the artillery and the other in the spider squad.
I can do 10 rangers instead if people aren't for the guardians. Rangers will be alittle more reliable, but the guardians have weight of fire, and have the bladestorm rule which helps keep people from being to aggressive to an extent. They are easy to move off of things though. They are there more as body guards for the platforms
Yea usually i would do shadow weavers, but i think the d-cannons add more to the list, and while they may not shoot the first turn because I will move them up to the
ADL, They will be a rock and are excellent area denial units.
Do you guys think that double wave serpents are sufficient to keep? I know people always think more wave serpents are better, but I am trying to do something more original and challenging.
