Hey.

I've been reading the hobbit rulebook, and I have some questions. I will update this thread when I have more.

1. Does warbands have a unit coherency?

2. When shooting at a warband, do you shoot at the whole unit or at a single model in the unit?

3. When making a warband. What weapons do the models come with? I have 12 morannon orcs and there is some with swords, spears, axes, maces etc. do these make a difference or do they all come with the same profile? I know that you can upgrade models with a pike. (I do know about the special strikes).

Thanks in advance.

These are answered in the rulebook, but I'm bored so wth.

1. No, all models in The Hobbit act on their own, they are only grouped into warbands for two reasons, list building and deployment, where they follow any limitations for warbands.

2. See 1.

3. Their weapon type only affects special strikes, additionally, if the weapon is two handed (normally heroes only and must be purchased as an upgrade) it fights using different rules, as detailed in the rulebook.
