The main thing about pinning is that it is icing on the cake for some weapons. Take the eldar serpent shield-the pinning effect is just extra oomph to the already hard damage it causes. Same with barrage weapons. Building a list around pinning is not all that great, particularly when you could spend points killing more things and not have to worry. The other major part of pinning is that plenty of armies have good leadership or are fearless, so they won't pin at all. However, Ill respect your theme and go from there. Your a brave soul running Kedrukah, he is probably one of the worst models in the game. Yes, he can baleblast but the mandrakes won't be able to unless they kill a unit...which is unlikely. He inflitrates in, shoots, then is killed. Very easily. Drop him altogether unless your running a very fluffy very non competitive list. Mandrakes are equally bad, and since you are going more coven anyways why not just take wracks? Wracks are better in every metric, plus they score. If you like the mandrake models, use em as counts-as wracks. Again, okay if your wanting a very very non comp list. Now wracks are pretty solid, and your squads are loaded out fine. The acothyst is nice for Ld9 and challenge stuff. The hamey's are ok, but webway portals are fairly meh in 6th. Jetbikes out of them are ok, but jetbikes are fast as it is(they can go 38-48 inches a turn) so they don't need it. Dropping the portals frees up points for more killing. I would take a venom blade on each as a just in case weapon. It makes them surprisingly dangerous in combat(for their points) Harlequins are also not very solid, and out of a portal is good, but they will still probably die. If you want AT, don't rely on fusion pistols, take a couple of ravagers instead. You could take 2 ravagers a la carte for the price of your clows with points spare. Reavers are great units, but grav talons are not very good. You only get a single pinning check per bladevane attack, so 3 talons is equal to 1 there.Again, why pin when you could just murder with bladevanes. Reavers are good about getting a pain token due to bladevane rape, and if you want extra oomph take cluster caltrops. Blasters beat out heat lances every time unless points are just that tight. For your skimmers, flickerfields are ok, but probably not as critical unless your meta is ignore cover heavy. That said, they are not terrible. Night shields are also really good, consider those. With your AT being very light, keep the dark lances on your raiders and roll terminators with sheer attacks. TGL's help with your stragety and are cheap enough to be worth it. They also help with combat resolution and might just keep your skimmer alive by negating an assault. I would focus on more cover theme(maybe even more sniper hamey's?) By getting some more troops. Also, round out your heavy support with a ravager or 2 for AT, maybe a talos if you want. The chronos is pretty bad, as with a coven your units basically all have PT's, and reavers are going to be out of range/getting their own. A talos is decent for dakka and a bullet magent/distraction. I like mine with TL splinter cannons and TL liquifiers.
