I'd appreciate some feedback on the list below. I already realise it's a bit light on troops but the plan is to butcher the enemy and worry about objectives later. Sorcerer will join the PM and head into midfield.

Get rid of the Vindicator's Havoc Launcher and add either a TL Bolter or Daemonic Possession to keep it firing as long as possible. In fact, Vindicators are best taken in pairs because they can be popped so easily.. I'd drop the terminators for another Vindicator. 3x Terminators was better in 5th edition to compliment Oblit Spam.

Icon of Vengeance is a waste on Havoc units less than 10 because if 6 fellas take enough wounds to force a Morale Check, they're combat ineffective anyways and you won't care if they flee. Keep them cheap.

VotLW isn't needed on the Obliterators- They're such high threat they'll die by Plasma wounds before they get to use it.

The HQ department is good, of course.

Bikers as a delivery system for the Lord, I'm guessing? Chaos Bikes are so cheap now with MoN compared to last Codex, it's silly not to give them x2 Melta. They work well as a scalpel unit for tanks. 4 with a Melta and MoN is great.

Consider Power Axes for the PM champs, if you can fit it.

As you have it, it is certainly effective.

The Vindicator was going to lurk behind the ADL and fire the Havoc Launcher until it can move up bit and get straight into range with the cannon. This would give a bit more protection to the sides and rear but thinking it through a bit more this might be a poor tactic; the enemy might just hang back until it gets popped. Daemonic Possession completely slipped my mind, I might try and fit that in if I keep the Vindicator.

I went for the IoV as last time I used the Havocs 2 died, they failed their test and ran. Failed the next two tests and off the board, a waste of 4x AC. I figured the IoV would be worth it as I need them to hang around to operate the Quad Gun.

Yep, the bikers are to act as a retinue for the Lord, it would be nice to give them some Melta but I figured they'd be taking a bit of heat as they move up and might not get a chance to use them. The plan was for the Termicide squad to try and pop some light tanks/walkers.

I did actually have a Power Axe on the PM Champ but gave the Lord an LC instead. I could swap back but was planning for the PM to hang around the midfield and shoot things up, but maybe CC if they get the chance and the right opponent for their plague knives.
