I think Drop Pod lists and White Scars bike lists will be the sole competitive lists out of the marine book. I'm not certain combining them would be as potent as just going all-in one way, but your list is very solid. You probably didn't receive any comments because without changing the essence of your list, it's as clean as possible already.

My only bone, lose 1 tac squad and just make them 5 more sternguard. That way you can combat squad the HFs in one and the combis in another and max out your alpha strike. You're still getting 10 MEQs in via pod T1, so losing a pod doesn't really matter. You also have enough scoring already so no loss there. And it buys you enough points for 2 additional combis which actually DO make a huge statistical difference.

I second the obove comment.
I would consider ditching the Deathwind launcher in favor of 1-2 more combi-meltas in the sterns (especially if you take a full squad), and give melta bombs to everyone.
They have very limited range and you might hurt your units. I find them useful only in empty pods.
Give you Libby Force staff. With an axe he is toast in CC.

What you will do vs a triple Helldrake list?

I'm planning a list similar to this one and my bigger concern is a triple baleflamer template setup burning anyone in my list without problems..

So it looks fairly solid other than as people have mentioned mixing DPs and bikes is a little weird.

However I have some tweeks:

Libby should have a force staff, with PA and no invun he'll rarely get to strike with that axe.

Command squad is illegal Apothecary can't take special weapons only the Veterans get that.

As others have stated I don't get why the 2nd tac squad isn't just more Sternguard dropping the DW launcher off the other DP means you can get 5 more Sternguard with 3 more combis and an auspex for the Libby so you can reduce cover saves.

Also why the Typhoon on the Talon the Sky hammer is 95% as good for 50% of the cost. I just see no reason to take any other weapon.

Also as Toban says Helldrakes are a hard counter to you and you have no AA to try to mitigate that match up.

My thoughts may not be a better solution but I'm planning something like Khan, CS on bikes, 5 bikers units, one Scout team on HF LSS, 2x Talons and 2x Ravens.

I'm fearing the firsts 2/3 turno but once my flyers will be in I'll may counter a lot of different lists.

Yours DP really looks like free FIRST BLOOD points to me, especially vs Tau/Dar. At least imho.

I do really believe WS is one, if not the only, competitive chapter tactic available but it's hard to setup them correctly on the actual meta.

I'd still say lose the Deathwind ML's on the pods. (Unless your plan is to not use the pods as transport?) it would give you 40 more points to play with. You may even be able to tweak a few more extra points out of your list to upgrade your librarian to Tigurius who makes Sternguard beast mode. So I'd drop the two DWL, drop a Sternguard with combi-melta. That gives you 75 points to play with I think. Your current Libby is 75, so you now have 150 points to put towards Tigurius. You just need to decide how to scrounge up 15 more points and you're done.

And considering it's pretty likely that if you go Divination with Tigurius, it's pretty likely that you could get either the 'Ignore Cover' power or 'reroll successful saves' power, you don't really need the heavy flamers in the Sternguard. That could get you some more points to spend.

I'd usually like Tigurius.... but he'd die soooo quickly and I'm not too keen on spending 300 points on Named Characters. Also, as he'd probably have to go in the Sternguard as he'd be high priority target, I'd need to drop 1 Guard which would negate my ability to combat squad. -Feasible
