Your list seems to have a lot of marines for shooting stuff, but very little close combat ability. If you are going to aim for such a gun-line style army, try taking a command squad with the standard of devastation, this should help your tac squads massively, turning their bolters into 4-shot MGs if they stay still, which seems like what you may be aiming for in this army. I would also consider dropping the flamers from the two squads without transports and place them on your backline without being combat squadded. This makes them a lot more durable when camping on objectives, and thus harder to dig out with dedicated CC troops, like gaunts.
