Hey Guys,
I'm slowly working my way through painting my Ork List and I'm about to start the MegaNobz mob but I'm having trouble of thinking up a decent paint scheme..
My army is a Blood Axe list so ofcourse my Orkies are all about camouflage.. Buuuut MegaNobz aren't exactly the sneakiest of the sneaky so I'm not sure what to do to incorporate their "Kamo".

They're pretty much the centre of my list since they're the Warboss' (in Mega Armour) retinue and I want them to come out looking quite epic.
The only idea I could really think of was have it so they look like they've been using scrap metal they've looted from Imperial Guard vehicles, so it has the camo pattern on it around the battle damage and rust..

Any idea's would be greatly appreciated, cheers.

You call that a Waaagh? This.. Is a Waaagh!!
That's not a Waagh! That's a spoon..
Hmm.. I see you've played Waaaghy - Spoony before..

Sounds like you already have one possible route. At the scale of Meganobs, though, I'm worried that the patterns would be unidentifiable, if left at vehicle scale, or end up looking somewhat cluttered, if shrunk down but kept varied.

The thing about Blood Axes (and Orks, in general) is that they don't usually make practical considerations like "how effective will this pattern actually be at hiding a big, loud, smoke-belching set of mechanical armor." If camouflage patterns make things sneakier, you put it on everything you want to sneak, regardless of whether that would realistically help - that's not something you'd likely even have a concept of. If you have a favored camo pattern for the rest of the army, you can slap it right on. Hell, put it on a Battlewagon, too. Looted a Bastion or ADL? Camo. Got a Fighta/Bomma and use woodland camo? No problem.

That's just how they think: Simplistic, absolute associations.
1. "Pattern X" is camo.
2. Camo makes you sneaky.
3. Being sneaky makes you extra killy.
.: 4. Put "Pattern X" on everything.

In the Fluff blood Axes look at imperial gaurd and say what are they doing and how can I copy it, like camo, wearing a Kommisars uniform and medals, using Tactiks, and what nots.

Maybe somehow incorperate IG Sential peices, I think that would be IG Mega Armour, LOL
