GAH. Pass three days I've been raking my brains on a paint scheme for Clan Goliath Scorpions. I'm leaning towards "Scorpion" from Mortal Kombat scheme. The "Seeker" MechWarrior color in the Warden is to much blue. My Star Adder contingent is blue. My contingent of Blood Spirit are red. and my Widowmaker contribution are black.

I'm trying yellow like Scorpion on base black.

Clan Coyote is going to be Brown base ( Squad of Bikes and two Landspeeders)
Snow Ravens Black/white with mithril trim. (Two Storm Talon)
Ghost Bear be artic blue and "dirty" white. (Assualt Termies X 10)

So, you're doing 40k armies up in Battletech clan colors? Sorry, just trying to figure out what's going on here. It seems interesting but I am confused.

Also for Goliath Scorpion you should totally just go rainbow psychedelic. The painter actually thought he was doing a sensible camo pattern, but he was on a "vision quest" at the time .

Emerald green for the armor, bright yellow for helmets, shoulderpads and kneepads...

Perhaps a bit too Salamander-ish, though.

well, since you are doing BT colors for your 40k army, you can pretty much do what you want. Use any of the BT sourcebooks to paint them up.
