This isn't gonna win tournaments but I thought it'd be a fun list to try:

HEADQUARTERS:

CM, artificer armor, Burning Blade, Eternal Shield
EC

TROOPS:

Crusader squad, 10 initiates, sword brother, 5 neophytes, all ccw/bp, 2x PF, MG
In LRC, MM, storm bolter, extra armor

Crusader squad, 10 initiates, sword brother, 5 neophytes, all ccw/bp, 2x PW, flamer
In LRC, MM, storm bolter, extra armor

HEAVY SUPPORT:

Centurions (x3), 3x MLs, 3x Grav Cannons, omniscope
In LR, MM, storm bolter

Easy enough, stick an IC in each blob and ram all 3 LRs down the enemy's throat. All or nothing.

Seems rather fun. I think it lacks land raiders though...How about something like;
CM, artificer armor, Burning Blade, Eternal Shield
5x Crusader squad, 5 initiates, 1x Pow Axe, Flamer In LRC, MM

Now that is land raiders.

Seriously though. I would probably drop the missiles on the centurions and the extra land raider upgrades so I could get TFC to try and barrage snipe a few melta out.
