Hello folks !

I need some custom dice to be made - for Christmas, so I still have a few time.

I've been contacting Chessex some weeks ago to ask them how to order with them. So far no reply.

My problem is that reading those pages...

Custom Dice info

Order Form

... does not make special sense to me. I'm just a little perplex in front of the order form : do I need to send them money upfront, along with my image I want on my custom dice ? Without checking with them if my image is correct ?
Are every reference from their classic dice available as custom dice ?

Any help would really be welcome if you already placed an order with them, or if you just happen to know how this works !

Thanks a LOT =)

When I ordered mine, I first sent an inquiry about the image that I wanted to use and the type of dice.

Not all of their dice are available as custom and they aren't all available in all sizes, so it would definitely be best for you to check.

Once I was happy with the dice colours and stuff I had chosen, they generated a prototype dice and then sent me an image and I then confirmed the order.

If their email is being too slow I always suggest calling.

I just called them and got a salesperson's email address, worked with him directly and had no issues.
